Deluxe Corporate: $1600 - this corporate has hardwood floors, really nice antique furniture etc.
 
All corporates come with a $100 utility allowance (resident pays anything over $100). They also include water and sewer, basic extended cable, and washer and dryer at no extra cost.
 
A $99 security deposit is required and if desired local phone service is $55 per month and $45 per month for high speed internet.
 
Maid service is also available for $75 per week, $100 every other week, $100 every month or $75 between employees.
 
There is a $125 set up fee.
