Yes, with breed restrictions. Dogs with a maturity weight of over 20 pounds must be on the first floor, but smaller dogs are permitted on any floor. Pet rent is $20 per month for the first pet and $10 per month for each additional pet. There is a limit of three pets per apartment. The non-refundable pet fee is $100. The pet deposit is $150 and refundable.
Waterford Place is a gated community. Alarm systems are installed in all apartments, with panic buttons in select units.
All units include energy efficient appliances to save you money on your utility bills.
